SWIIS Healthcare, based in London, specialises in the recruitment of all healthcare professionals for placement in a diverse range of public and private healthcare settings. SWIIS Healthcare is a sister company to SWIIS UK LTD, a leading national organisation specialising in social care staffing and services. Both companies are part of SWIIS International plc group of companies, which has headquarters in Central London.

Joanne Doherty; Head of SWIIS Healthcare, is responsible for the day-to-day management of operations. Joanne is a Registered Nurse and Midwife with diplomas in Health Service Management and Administrative Management. She has over nine years’ experience as a nursing officer in the army working within management, training, recruitment and the clinical area. Joanne has previous nursing agency recruitment experience having worked for another company as a Clinical Nurse Manager.
