Throughout our recruiting process all candidates will have a face-to-face interview with one of our professional healthcare consultants and all nurses are interviewed by our Head of Nursing. It is a requirement that all candidates have at least one year’s related healthcare experience and that at least two references are required, with one of these coming from a present or most recent employer. These are independently verified and photocopies are not accepted. SWIIS Healthcare has a five-year reference policy with any gaps being accounted for.

Before registering with SWIIS Healthcare all candidates must have their annual training updated and original evidence of this is required. All nurses provide the statement of entry and PIN numbers are all NMC verified. All locums are provided with individual training records to facilitate their continued professional development needs.
