Job Role: Business Development Consultant

Location: Bristol

Salary: £28,000

Swiis Training have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Consultant to join the Swiis Training Team. The successful candidate must have previous business development experience, preferably have knowledge of training within a sales capacity, have a passion to succeed and can evidence previous achievements.

Swiis Training is recognised as an exceptional training provider across the industry we work within and remains crucial in supporting the foster carers within our fostering service.

Swiis are now launching the entire Swiis training portfolio to the wider public sector and private organisations affiliated with working with, and supporting children’s services, such as children’s residential units, specialist schools and Adoption agencies to name a few.

We are seeking a committed self-motivated individual with experience and drive to help develop our training client portfolio and who will be energised and confident to work as part of a startup project.

The successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate and showcase the value of Swiis Training courses to potential clients, build strong relationships with our partners and collaborate with internal teams to achieve objectives.

Essential Requirements:

• Excellent client relationship building skills
• Proven track record in business development/sales
• Ability to identify leads and generate business opportunities
• A positive attitude and ability to self-motivate to achieve targets
• Creative approach to problem solving
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent references
• Ability to work in the UK without visa restrictions

Desirable:

• Knowledge of children’s services sector
• Experience in the education or training sector
